greatly enjoyed that the hotel was wonderful and had courteous staff on shift. the breakfast was marvellous, included toast and pastries in the bar. the location was secluded, near gardens heaven, the main strip for all restaurants and nice restaurants. it also was to other lovely beaches nearby for a change.

The brekkie was a massive spread, loved the fresh fruits and warm dishes-lekker way to start the day. Chilling at the pool was such a jol, with friendly staff always around to help. The massages at the spa? Absolute bliss!

Had a bit of a wait at the bar for drinks sometimes.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. The rooms were beautiful We will definitely stay there again

I was disappointed with the spa. and would definetly not use it again if I returned to the hotel.

Layout confusing at first. Maybe you should give names to buildings. Pathway lighting too bright. Use lower wattage bulbs to create more romantic atmosphere.

We really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of this traditional Thai-style resort. The huge pools were perfect for the kids, and we took a wonderful afternoon stroll along the sandy beach just a short walk away. The staff went the extra mile, even giving us a free cooking class.

For dads, it would be great if the pool area had more shaded spots for families.

Lovely hotel. Very beautiful and kept in Thai style in all details. We loved that. All our compliments to the architects and owners. A lovely pool, not really great for children, but mainly for couples relaxing by the tropical garden in which the hotel is situated. Free internet under the reception. Nice staff. Great breakfast with fresh fruits, omelets etc. The Chalet we stayed in was almost as nice as the more expensive bungalows where you avoid neighbours on the top, as you have your own .. bungalow. 200 meters from the beach. But worth taking a taxi to White Sand Beach 15 min. Away. This hotel we strongly recommend.

The spa could be improved, from stiff staff attitude and towards more privacy during the massages, or other treatments, which mainly take place on materasses on the floor, where you lie 10 cm. From the next client and therefore cannot relax as they talk, as the phone rings in the spa reception etc. Also on a mattress, you cannot put your head to rest, but had it turned for 30 minutes lying on the stomach... Not really relaxing, and had pain afterwards. Only during an oil massage did I get a private room. Peace and quietness would be nice for a spa. And actually you do have the spa rooms available, so why not use them for all treatments, or at least when they are free? The restaurant by the pool did not serve very good food, but had lovely milkshakes at very fair prices that we enjoyed a lot.

Quiet surroundings, large rooms, great landscaping.

April was very hot and air conditioning unit may have been slightly undersized for the large rooms and high ceilings.

amazing attractions just steps away from paradise

I was thrilled to find that the hotel is just a short stroll away from Bang Niang Beach, where I enjoyed picturesque sunsets, and it's also conveniently close to the Tsunami Memorial Museum which added a profound layer to my experience.

The breakfast was sumptuous and toast, pastries, milk, fruit, and eggs were fab. The location was perfect and beautiful for me, in a very quiet area near the spa. What's more, it was just next door to Thailand especially elephant hills...

The outdoor bath was unique, but mosquitoes were quite bothersome during the evenings.

I adored this hotel !.The beauty of the gardens, & the architecture of the buildings. The room was charming (the floor creaks but that's the charm of real wood) but spacious with a very large and well equipped bathroom - perfect view and nice and calm. The staff were so friendly and happy they couldn't do enough to help us.

If you're in one of the bungalows, people passing can see inside as there are no net curtains. Since diving and jumping are allowed at the pool - it can sometimes get noisy with children getting a bit overexicted.

We had an extra special stay by one night.

The hotel's position was absolutely perfect and magnificent near bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and the pool area was excellent.
