Beach vibes and good vibes in Khao Lak 🌴☀️

The brekkie was a massive spread, loved the fresh fruits and warm dishes—lekker way to start the day. Chilling at the pool was such a jol, with friendly staff always around to help. The massages at the spa? Absolute bliss!

Had a bit of a wait at the bar for drinks sometimes.

We really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of this traditional Thai-style resort. The huge pools were perfect for the kids, and we took a wonderful afternoon stroll along the sandy beach just a short walk away. The staff went the extra mile, even giving us a free cooking class.

For dads, it would be great if the pool area had more shaded spots for families.

amazing attractions just steps away from paradise

I was thrilled to find that the hotel is just a short stroll away from Bang Niang Beach, where I enjoyed picturesque sunsets, and it's also conveniently close to the Tsunami Memorial Museum which added a profound layer to my experience.

The outdoor bath was unique, but mosquitoes were quite bothersome during the evenings.

The location is fantastic, just across from a beautiful beach. The spacious bungalow is perfect for solo relaxation, with great facilities and friendly staff.

Some areas of the property are showing signs of wear and could use a refresh.

we really enjoyed our stay at khaolak bhandari. the spacious and clean thai style deluxe room was perfect for our family, with a lovely separate bathroom and shower. the pools were immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. i especially loved the friendly staff, who were always ready to assist us.

I had a lovely time enjoying the peaceful gardens and the spacious wooden interiors of my room. Relaxing by the pristine pool and indulging in a rejuvenating massage was just what I needed. Just a heads up, there were quite a few mosquitoes around in the evenings, so bring some repellent! 🌿

Amazing vibes and great service!

This place is stunning! The Thai-style design made everything super cozy. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always smiling. The poolside snack bar had some delicious bites—perfect for chilling by the pool. Just wish they had bigger bottles for toiletries instead of mini ones. But still, a lovely spot for a family getaway.

Staying at Khaolak Bhandari was quite an experience. The Thai-style bungalows created a peaceful environment. My room had a spacious layout, allowing for comfort throughout my stay. I loved the breakfast buffet, especially the freshly made omelets and a variety of fruits. Each day, the staff diligently cleaned my room while I was out exploring, which I appreciated. The pool was refreshing, offering a perfect spot to cool off after a hot day. I did notice that some areas were a little worn. for example, the bathroom could benefit from a minor update. there were times when I had to wait for service at the pool bar, which was a bit frustrating.

Family experience worth it

The breakfast was exceptional. Every morning we dived into freshly made pancakes and eggs, not to mention the ocean of tropical fruits. One morning, a staff member helped my kids learn to make traditional Thai dishes, which they still rave about.

It wasn’t cheap, but considering the service, we found it acceptable.

It was just a prime choice for a momentary visit in Khao Lak with best value for money ratio. The peaceful atmosphere and proximity to the beach made my stay extra enjoyable, especially the quiet nights. Don't skip the sunset at the beach bar. it's a beautiful way to unwind at the end of the day.
